Lenore D. Franckowiak (Polchert)

Lenore D. Franckowiak, also known throughout the Barrington community as Lenore Polchert, joined Kiselstein Franckowiak Law Group in 2011 and became a partner in 2015. Since joining the firm, she has played an integral role in shaping Kiselstein Franckowiak Law Group into the caring, knowledgeable organization it is today.

Lenore focuses her practice on estate planning and trust administration, providing thoughtful guidance and personalized support to clients throughout every stage of their unique planning journey. Known for her ability to simplify complex legal matters, she helps clients navigate important decisions with clarity and confidence. In addition to her client work, Lenore has presented numerous estate planning seminars for individuals and professional associations, as well as educational programs for parents' groups focused specifically on estate planning for minor children.

A dedicated member of the legal and local communities, Lenore is actively involved with the Northwest Suburban Estate Planning Council and the Northwest Suburban Bar Association. She also serves on the Gift Planning Advisory Council for the Northwest Community Hospital Foundation. Beyond her professional involvement, Lenore is a proud member of The Shepherd's Circle, supporting Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital and Smart Farm of Barrington.

Lenore lives in the Chicagoland suburbs with her husband, Dave Polchert, and their two children, Josephine and Abraham. Outside of the office, she enjoys spectating at Barrington youth flag football, lacrosse, and soccer events.
